Season's Greeting from LAPOMPE! It's a snowy Friday here in Denver, perfect weather to check out our brand new "Carols" EP, available for free on streaming services! We had a wonderful time coming up with these arrangements and compositions last year, and wanted to make them available for you to enjoy all season long. "Honeysuckle Snow" and "Carol of Indifference" are beautiful arrangements by our guitarist Andrew Hannum @andy.hannum weaving together classic holiday tunes with some of our favorite Hot Club jazz classics. "Nothing Sadder" is an original by our fearless leader David Lawrence @david.law.spoonful , lamenting how Santa always seemed to skip his house as a kid.

The recordings feature two of our favorite local guests (Enion Pelta-Tiller on violin and Glenn Austin on drums), who are returning with us for two special live shows at the new Dazzle Jazz location this December 14th and 15th. We'll have plenty of other songs for you to sing and snap along to, so please enjoy the recordings and come see the rest of the show this December!
